BBC 500 words
We had a very exciting day in September when the BBC came into school to introduce the 500 words competition.
Year 6
Year 6 enjoyed a Viking experience day in school. They learned about how Vikings hunted, dressed and lived. They had a great time definding their land with shields and spears!

Year 4
Year 4 vivisted Sharston Recycling centre. They learned all about how our rubbish is receylcied once it leaves our houses. They learned about how the recyclable materials are sorted and what happens next to them.
Some very luck year 4 pupils had the opportunity to visit BBC studios to be part of the live studio audience of Blue Peter. It was an amazing opportunity! They even got to meet YouTube sensation, Prinz!
