LUNCHTIME
The current cost of a school meal is £2.20 per day, £11.00 per week. If you need any help or support with payments or applying for free school meals, please contact Mrs Lewis in the main office on 0161 498 9508 or alternatively, you can email admin@haveleyhey.manchester.sch.uk.
If you would like your child to receive a school meal please speak to Mrs Lewis, Administrator.
If you think that you might be entitled to Free School Meals for your child please do not hesitate to check. https://www.cloudforedu.org.uk/ofsm/sims/ School will benefit if you register, and are entitled, for Free School Meals as Pupil Premium money is allocated for this. Children in reception and Key Stage 1 are entitled to free school meals. Even if you are in receipt of benefits, you should still go to the school office to complete the form.
Payments
Payments for lunches are now made using SCHOOLCOMMS GATEWAY. This is an app that can be downloaded onto your mobile phone. Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your email address and mobile number. If you have any problems please come into school and speak to Mrs Lewis who will be happy to assist you.
The Catering Team at Haveley Hey Community School
The catering team at Haveley Hey are committed to serving the children a healthy and nutritious meal. All menus offer a wide selection of home made dishes prepared in our own kitchen using fresh ingredients daily. At Haveley Hey we are able to cater for specific diets which are required for medical, religious or cultural reasons.
We are a healthy school and ask that parent/carers send their child to school with a suitable packed lunch including a sandwich, a piece of fruit or some vegetables and a drink. Please do not send your child with canned drinks or drinks contained in glass bottles. Please find a copy of our latest menus below:-
